We have heard, the learned advocate for the petitioner. The petitioner is challenging the order of the grievance committee. Against the decision of the grievance committee, the petitioner has remedy of appeal before the College and University Tribunal U/Sec. 81 of the Maharashtra Universities Act.

In the light of that, the writ petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to avail the alternate remedy. All contentions are kept open. No costs.
