Heard the learned counsel for the applicant and the learned APP for the respondent-State.

Similarly situated two accused have been released on bail on the condition to deposit the amount allegedly siphoned. Learned counsel for the applicant proposes to deposit Rs.35,000/- allegedly siphoned money by the applicant within two (2) days. Considering the role attributed to the applicant and his bonafide to deposit the amount allegedly siphoned by him, the application deserves to be allowed. Hence, the following order :

O R D E R

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) Applicant DEEPAK BABURAO SANDANSHIV be released on bail on furnishing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees Fifty Thousand only) with one solvent surety of the like amount, in Crime No.126 of 2022, registered by Police Station Raver, District Jalgaon, for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 409, 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 read with Section 34 of the IPC, on the following conditions :

(a) The applicant shall deposit Rs.35,000/- (Rupees Thirty Five Thousand only) within two (2) days from the date of his release.

(b) He shall not be released unless he deposit Rs.35,000/- with the Trial Court.

(c) He shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
