In Civil Application No.9099 of 2023, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that respondent No.1 in appeal has expired and legal heirs of deceased respondent needs to be brought on record. The respondents have no objection to allow the application. In view of the same, the application is allowed and disposed of. Necessary amendment be carried out within a period of two weeks. 2.

In all the Civil Applications for condonation of delay, for the reasons stated in the application for condonation of delay of 531 days caused in filing appeal and as there is no objection from other side, the applications are allowed and disposed of.

In all the Civil Applications for Stay, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the amount has been deposited in this Court as per the directions of this Court. In view of the same, the Stay order passed by this Court dated 04/02/2021, is confirmed. Applications are disposed of.

In Civil Application No.4792 of 2023, 1798 of 2021, 1800 of 2021, the learned Advocate for the applicants submits that the name of the father of the applicant was erroneously typed as "Laxman" instead of "Kundlik" and he has moved appropriate application before the Reference court and the correction is carried out by order dated 31/07/2023 in Misc. Application No.181 of 2023. In view of the same, the petitioner is permitted to correct the name in the appeal memo. The order in Misc. Application No.181 of 2023 is taken on record and marked "X' for identification. The appellant to carry out necessary amendments.
