Both these petitioners claim to be belonging to the "Mannervarlu", Scheduled Tribe category. Both have noticed the spelling mistake in the word "Mannervarlu" since "W" is used in place of "V". Both the petitioners have received such Scheduled Tribe certificates about 10 years ago.

In view of the above, both these Writ Petitions are disposed off with the following directions:- (a) Both the petitioners would tender online applications and also surrender their original defective certificates to the competent authority, on or before 04.02.2023. (b) The competent authority would verify the origin of the certificates and upon being convinced, would issue corrected certificates to the petitioners, on or before 28.02.2023. kps (SANJAY A.
