Despite our order dated 13/09/2017, notice to respondent Nos. 1, 2 and 5 have not been issued since the applicants have not supplied copies of the civil application.

In the event the copies of the civil application are supplied on of before 30/11/2017, issue notice to respondent Nos. 1,2 and 5, returnable on 05/01/2018.

If the copies are not supplied as directed above, the civil application shall stand dismissed without reference to the Court w.e.f. 04/12/2017.
