At about 4.05 p.m, the matter was called out for final hearing. However, the learned counsel for the appellant remained absent. On perusal of the record, it appears that on 15.03.2024 also, when the matter was called out, none appeared for the parties and the matter was suo motu adjourned for today. However, today also the position remains same.

In view of the above, it appears that the appellant has no interest in prosecuting the matter. Therefore, the appeal is dismissed for want of prosecution.
