Vide the present review application the applicant seeks review of the order dated 09.04.2012 Passed in Writ Petition No. 8091/2011, seeking revocation of condition of deposit of Rs. two lakhs. Mr.Manale, the learned counsel submits that the applicant has deposited Rs. one lakh in another proceeding. It is not possible for the applicant to deposit the said amount of Rs. two lakhs. The condition imposed be revoked. It s submitted that the applicant gets salary of Rs.7000 to 10000 only, so also the applicant has performed marriages of his two sons. 2.

949.doc since 3 years, no amount has been deposited by the applicant.

I have considered the submissions. The order under review is passed after hearing the parties. As such, the application for revocation of condition of deposit of the amount cannot be considered. The said prayer is rejected.

At this stage, Mr. Manale, the learned counsel requests that time to deposit the said amount be extended. The request is also opposed by Mr. Irpatgire, the learned counsel for the respondent. Considering the difficulties shown by the applicant, time to deposit the amount as directed vide order dated 09.04.2012 in Writ Petition No.8091/2011 is extended by one month from today. Within one month from today, the applicant shall deposit Rs. Two lakhs. No further time would be granted.

Review Application disposed of. No costs.
