This is an application seeking leave to amend. Learned counsel for the non applicants oppose the application on the ground that the cause of action is different.

Vide the amendment application, the applicant seeks to place on record some subsequent events. Moreover, the writ petition is not yet admitted. The non applicants will have every right to controvert averments sought to be introduced by way of amendment. In view of that, the civil application is allowed. 3.

Amendment to be carried out within 14 days. Civil application disposed of. No costs.

Place the writ petition on 06.02.2017.
