Heard learned counsel for the applicant and learned APP for the State.

It has been alleged against the applicant that on her say, the first informant deposited the money with Athravraj Multistate Agro Purpose Co-operative Society Ltd, Branch Shevgaon. 3.

The learned APP has referred to one affidavit sworn in by the applicant wherein she has accepted the receipt of the money from the persons named therein. The further contents of the FIR reveals that she has deposited the said amount with the co-operative society mentioned above. There is no evidence on record that she was the director or employee of the said society.

Considering the allegations levelled against the applicant, she deserves bail. Hence, the following order :

ORDER

(i) Bail Application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant, Jyoti w/o Ratnakar Garpagare, be released on bail on executing P.B. and S.B. of Rs.50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand) with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with Crime No.172 of 2022, registered with Shevgaon Police Station, Tq. Shevgaon, District Ahmednagar for the offence punishable under Section 406, 420, 504, 506 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3 and 4 of MPID Act, on the conditions that;

(a) The applicant shall attend the concerned police station as and when called by the investigation officer on written notice till filing the charg sheet.

(b) The applicant shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
