This petition is filed challenging the order passed by the learned Adhoc District Judge-1, Osmanabad dated 30.03.2024 thereby granting stay to the effect and operation of the judgment and decree under appeal.

This Court does not find any merit in the petition. The writ petition therefore stands dismissed.

As the appeal is pending since 2016, the learned Appellate Court is expected to decide the appeal within a period of six (06) months from today.
