2. This petition is disposed of in the light of observations made in the order dated 18.7.2012, passed by this Court, in Writ Petition No.2415 of 2012. Accordingly, we direct the Municipal Corporation, Parbhani, to pay regular pension to each of the petitioners in the writ petition, within three months from today and the arrears of pension, with interest, be disbursed to the petitioner within six months from today.
