The petitioner was issued the tribe certificate as belonging to Koli Mahadeo scheduled tribe by the Sub-Divisional Officer. The same was referred to the Committee for validation in the year 2007. On 20.1.2017 the order is passed by the Committee cancelling the said certificate on technical ground that the spelling of 'Mahadev' is incorrectly written.

In the light of above, it is incumbent upon the respondent no.4 to issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner by writing correct spelling of the tribe.

Respondent no.4 shall issue the tribe certificate to the petitioner of Koli Mahadev scheduled tribe on or before 30.1.2017.
