The proceeding has been filed under Section 482 of Cr. P. C. for quashing and setting aside the F. I. R. vide C. R. No. 206 of 2016 registered with Deoni Police Station, Latur for the offences punishable under Sections 498A, 406, 313, 323, 504, 506 read with 34 of I. P. C. During arguments the learned Counsels of the applicants and first informant have submitted that the parties have settled the dispute and divorce by mutual consent is

3 CrApln 449-2017 ju obtained. The copy of the said decision is produced on record and it appears that it came to be decided on 21.12.2017. The learned A. P. P. is also heard. In view of the nature of dispute and settlement which is filed on the record, this Court holds that relief needs to be granted.

Hence, following order;

ORDER

(i)Application is allowed.

(ii)The relief is granted in terms of prayer clause "C".

(iii)Rule made absolute in those terms.
