PER COURT :- 1.
Learned Advocate for the applicant submits that the registration of the Second Appeal, preferred by the applicant, was refused for non removal of objections.

It is stated that the said objections shall be removed with promptitude within a period of three weeks from today. 3.
The applicant has not willfully or intentionally caused the delay of 909 days and as such, is willing to suffer costs which can be donated to the High Court Advocates' Bar Library, Aurangabad. 4.
Reasons and circumstances which have caused the delay are mentioned in paragraph Nos.4,5 and 6 of the application. 5.
In the light of the above, this Civil Application is allowed. Delay of 909 days is condoned and the order of the Registrar, dated 25.7.2012, refusing registration is set aside. The applicant shall deposit an amount of Rs.5,000/- in the High Court Advocates' Bar Library, Aurangabad within a period of two weeks from today and shall remove all office objections within the period of three weeks from today.

Upon compliance of this order, the Second Appeal shall stand restored.
