Considering the challenge made to the judgment and award passed by the Tribunal, the applicants are permitted to withdraw amount of Rs.4,50,000/- (Rs. Four lacs fifty thousand only) on furnishing undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar Judicial. Rest of the amount shall be kept in FDR in any nationalized Bank initially for a period of five years and be renewed thereafter as per directions of this Court.
