Having heard the learned advocates for the respective sides for a considerable time, it is apparent that the Petitioner went into deep slumber. Though the mutation entry causing prejudice to him is carried out in 1983 vide entry no.893, he has noticed the purported error in 2016. 2.

Learned advocate for the Petitioner submits that he would avail of the remedy under Section 258 of the M.L.R. Code which has an inbuilt mechanism to deal with the grievances of the individuals as regards the mutation entries.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. If the issue of limitation arises, the time spent by the Petitioner in this Court from 21.01.2023 till the passing of the order shall be considered as one of the grounds. [Y.G. KHOBRAGADE, J.] [RAVINDRA V. GHUGE, J.] mub
