Mr. Thigle, the learned Additional Government Pleader submits that, this Court had directed to decide the proposal of the present non applicant No. 1 by end of 23rd January, 2015, however, it would take some time to decide, as other authorities are also required to be heard.

Mr. Mathpati, the learned counsel submits that, ample time is already granted to applicants. In fact, they ought to have taken decision by now.

Considering the difficulty shown by applicants in the application, the time granted by this Court vide order dated 24.09.2014 in Writ Petition No. 8617 of 2014 to decide the proposal of the present non applicant No. 1 is extended upto 30th April, 2015. No further time would be granted. The civil application is disposed of.
