appearing for the Respondents.

There is innocuous prayer in the Petition, in as much as the direction is sought to Respondent No.2 to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably by the end of February, 2019.

Learned A.G.P. appearing for the respondent/State, on instructions,

1097.19WP submits that maximum six months are required to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner.

The petitioner is a student and desirous to appear for NEET examination which would be conducted in the month of June, 2019. In the peculiar facts and circumstances of this case, we direct Respondent No.2 to decide the Tribe Claim of the petitioner, as expeditiously as possible and preferably by 15th May, 2019.

With the above observations, Writ Petition stands disposed of.

Parties shall act upon authenticated copy of this order.
