PER COURT :- The petitioner in Criminal Writ Petition No. 1038 of 2023 has deposited the total amount of Rs.2,00,000/- in this Court. 2.

This Court vide order dated 23rd October, 2023, in para no.5, has observed thus :- "5.

Learned counsel for petitioner, on instructions, makes a submission that on deposit of 50% amount, the said amount may be permitted to be withdrawn by the respondents."

In view of the order dated 23rd October, 2023 in Criminal Writ Petition No.1038 of 2023, the applicants are permitted to withdraw the 50% amount of maintenance i.e. Rs.2,00,000/- along with interest, if any.

Criminal Application No.346 of 2024 is disposed of accordingly.
