ORDER :

Today the learned counsel for appellants, learned counsels for respondent Nos. 1 and 4 and 2 and 3 are present. They have filed compromise document on record. Officer of the Court has verified the document. The learned counsel for respective sides have identified the parties. They want decree in terms of compromise.

So, the appeal is allowed. Decree is to be prepared in terms of compromise and to that extent, decree given by the Trial Court and First Appellate Court is modified. Appeal is disposed of in those terms. Civil Applications disposed of.

Learned counsel Shri. B.N. Magar appeared when the Court was dictating the order. He submits that he has filed appearance for respondent No. 1G, catveator. Learned counsel Shri. D.R. Markad submitted that he has now filed appearance for the said respondent and compromise made by these party is also verified by Registrar Judicial. In view of this statement, aforesaid order is made.
