PER COURT :- This Court by order dated 28th February, 2015, without prejudice to the rights and contentions of the parties, directed Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 to deposit due and admissible amount, receivable by the petitioner towards retirement benefits, as per their calculations. On previous date of hearing, none appeared for respondent nos. 2 and 3. 2.

By way of filing Civil Application No. 3669 of 2015, the petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of amount of Rs. 1,50,000/- as per his retirement benefits from total amount of Rs. 15 Lacs deposited by Respondent Nos. 2 and 3 in the Registry of this Court.

We allow the petitioner to withdraw amount of

3669.15ca Rs. 1,50,000/- subject to outcome of Writ Petition. Civil Application is allowed and same stands disposed of. 4.

Registry to list the Petition for final hearing in due course.
