Present civil application is filed seeking condonation of delay of 282 days caused in filing the appeal against judgment and award dated 11.01.2017 passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Latur in M. A. C. P. No. 67 of 2012. 2.

Learned advocate appearing for the applicant relying upon pleadings raised in para Nos. 3 and 4 of the application submits that sufficient cause is made out to condone the delay. 3.

Mr. Mundada, learned advocate appearing for the respondent No. 3 vehemently opposes the application. 4.

None appears for other respondents, though served.

Having considered submissions advanced and the reasons as stated in para Nos. 3 and 4 of the application the delay deserves to be condoned. Hence the civil application is allowed. The delay of 282 days caused in filing the first appeal is condoned. Appeal be registered. The civil application is disposed of.
