Mr. Anand Bhandari, the learned Advocate for the applicants is present. Mr. Pathan Zareef Khan, learned Advocate for the respondent is neither available in the Court hall where video conferencing facility is available nor available virtually when called out repeatedly. 2.

This is an application for condonation of delay. There seems to be delay of eight days in preferring the revision. 3.

For the reasons stated in the application and to decide the revision on merits, it is necessary to condone the small volume delay. 4.

The application for condonation of delay stands allowed. 5.
