Heard rival submissions.

The applicants are seeking withdrawal of the entire amount of compensation, which has been deposited by the Acquiring Body alongwith the interest accrued thereon. 3.

This Court, vide order dated 04.10.2021 passed in other connected matter, has already permitted the applicants therein to withdraw 50% of the deposited amounts. In view of the same, the present applicants are also permitted to withdraw 50 % of the deposited compensation amount, on usual undertaking to the satisfaction of the Registrar (Judicial) of this court.

The remaining amount be invested in F.D.R. on yearly renewal basis in any Nationalized Bank till final disposal of this appeal.
