Heard. This application is for condonation of 6657 days delay caused in filing the appeal by the Original Claimants in reference proceeding.

As the reason is not much convincing since the applicant happens to be the original land owner whose land came to be acquired, this Court is inclined to pass following order :

ORDER

a) The Civil Application stands allowed subject to depositing of costs of Rs. 5,000/- in the office of the Legal Services Authority, Sub Committee, High Court, Bench at Aurangabad.

b) The applicant shall not entitled to receive any interest for the delayed period in case the appeal is allowed and the amount of compensation is enhanced by this Court.
