PER COURT :

Since this Court while dealing with Civil Application nos. 8380/2014 and 8381/2014 permitted the applicants to withdraw half of the compensation amount without security and the balance on furnishing security to the satisfaction of the District Collector, Latur, bank guarantee furnished by the applicants earlier in pursuance to the directions issued by this Court on 01.02.2011 needs to be cancelled. The bank guarantee furnished by applicants in pursuance to the order passed on 01.02.2011 stands revoked and the applicants are permitted to withdraw amount of interest accrued on the amount deposited for securing bank guarantee, if any, on furnishing security to the satisfaction of Registrar Judicial.

Order passed in Civil Application No. 6114/2015 on 17.07.2015 stands modified. Appeal, however, shall be prescribed for final disposal together with the matters which are already enlisted.
