1] Heard learned counsel for the parties.

2] By this civil application, the applicants seek condonation of delay in filing civil application and prays for restoration of the writ petition, which is dismissed for non-removal of office objections by order dated 14.11.2014. The learned counsel appearing for the applicants undertakes to remove all office objections within four weeks from today.

CA 3295/17 in WP 6106/12 - 2 - 3] Undertaking of the learned counsel appearing for the applicants is accepted.

4] For the reasons recorded in the civil application, the same is allowed and is made absolute in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [C] on the condition that the applicants remove all office objections within four weeks from today. It is made clear that no further extension would be granted. If office objections are not removed within four weeks from today, the order passed by this Court in terms of prayer clauses [B] and [C] above would stand vacated without further reference to Court. The civil application is disposed of as above. No order as to costs.
