1] We have heard learned counsel for the petitioner.

2] The contention of the petitioner is that one Mr.Sanjay Patil and two colleagues have unauthorizedly sanctioned the bills. Three Member Committee was constituted to enquire into the said aspect. The petitioner has filed representation with the Collector but no cognizance is taken.

3] At this stage, we are not inclined to pass any orders. It is for the petitioner to prosecute his representation as permissible under law.
