The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the validation proceedings are pending since the year 2013. He further submits that even the vigilance is completed. The petitioner is due for promotion, but in absence of validity his claim will not be considered. 2.

The learned A.G.P. appears for the respondents.

If, in case the proposal seeking validation proceedings are pending with the Respondent no.2 then the respondent no.2 shall decide the same on its own merits and in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within four months from the date of appearance of the petitioner before it.
