Respondents no.2 to 4 are shown to be not served. Appellant shall furnish correct address of respondents no.2 to 4 within four weeks from today. The service on said respondents be completed by 1st February, 2018, by all available modes.

Appellant shall also take steps for bringing legal representatives of respondent no.5 within a period of three weeks and service be effected on proposed legal representatives of respondent no.5 by the returnable date, failing which the appeal shall stand dismissed without further reference to the Court.
