The contention of the petitioner is that he has been working as a Teacher in Vasti Shala. The same is closed down and the Respondents are required to appoint him as Para-Teacher. This Court in similar matters have directed the petitioners therein to make an application. We also adopt the same course. 4.

In light of the above, we pass the following order : a) The petitioner shall make application/representation to the respondents seeking appointment as Para-Teacher/Assistant Teacher. The said representation shall be considered expeditiously

by the Respondents on its own merits in accordance with law and existing policy and preferably within three (3) months from the receipt of such application/representation.

b) The Writ Petition is accordingly disposed of. No order as to costs.
