The petitioner's claim is pending with respondent No.2 Scrutiny Committee for validation of tribe certificate and simultaneously, respondent No.3 Employer has sought to terminate his services for non production of a certificate of validity within a week of the impugned communication dated 06.01.2025 (exhibit D).

We have heard the learned advocate for the

*2* 1nob wp1035o25 petitioner, the learned AGP and the learned advocate Shri Dhongade who appears suo moto for respondent No.3 Employer. 4.

The learned AGP, on instructions, submits that the Scrutiny Committee would decide the petitioner's proposal within four weeks.

The Writ Petition is disposed of directing the Scrutiny Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal within four weeks and restraining respondent No.3 Employer from terminating services during that period.
