2] The application is filed by wife. It is her case that only to harass her, the proceeding is filed in Beed Court. It is her contention that at her instance 3 proceedings are filed against the respondent-husband like proceeding u/s 498-A of IPC, proceeding u/s 127 of Cr.P.C. and proceeding like Appeal in respect of order made in proceeding filed under Domestic Violence Act. It is her case that in any case

-2husband will be required to go to Aurangabad to conduct the 3 proceedings and for convenience of both sides, all the 4 matters can be brought at one and the same station.

3] In view of these circumstances, application is allowed. Misc.Civil Application No.127/13 be withdrawn from District Court Beed and it is transferred to District Court Aurangabad. The new Court to take care to see that the date of present matter matches with the dates of other 3 proceedings filed by wife in various Courts at Aurangabad so that no inconvenience is caused to both the parties.
