We have heard the learned counsel for the respective parties. Mr.Shinde, learned counsel submits that if the Petitioners submit proposal to the Headmaster, then the Headmaster would submit forward the same to the Education Officer as per the rules. In light of that, we pass the following order: I.

The Petitioners may submit necessary proposal with regard to the change of caste in their school record to the Headmaster.

II.

On receipt of the said proposal, the Headmaster shall process the same in accordance with law and further

III.

Accordingly, the writ petitions are disposed of. No costs.
