2] Mr.Bedre, learned counsel for the appellants, on instructions, submits that the parties have settled the dispute between themselves in the trial Court and therefore, the appellants do not want to proceed with the present appeal.

4] Considering the statement made by Mr.Bedre, there is no necessity to continue with the appeal. The appeal is, therefore, dismissed without any order as to costs.
