The petitioner's proposal is pending with the respondent - Scrutiny Committee for validation of the tribe certificate and he is in need of early decision since aspiring to secure admission through MHT-CET/NEET.

Considering the fact that the proposal was submitted on 19.08.2024, we dispose of the writ petition requesting the respondent No.2 - Committee to consider the petitioner's urgency, expedited the hearing and decide the proposal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within five weeks.
