The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that, though the candidate at Sr. No. 10 - Jagdale Dattatrya Ramrao was due for transfer, he filed the forged certificate and succeeded in retaining himself in Zilla Parishad High School Massa (Kh), Tq. Kallam, Dist. Osmanabad. He further submits that, about the said forged certificate enquiry is completed by the Respondents but, no further action has been taken.

We dispose of the Petition with direction to the Chief Executive Officer to consider the request of the petitioner for academic year 2015-2016 at the time of general transfer during the month of MayJune, 2015 and also to take appropriate action about submitting forged certificate by the candidate at Sr. No.10 namely Jagdale Dattatraya Ramrao in accordance with relevant rules/procedure. 4.

The Petition stands disposed of accordingly.
