The petitioner has put forth prayer clauses 'B' as under:- "B] By issuing appropriate writ, order or directions, in like nature, this Hon'ble Court may please to direct the respondent no.3/ the Chief Executive Officer, Z. P. Ahmednagar, to consider and decide the claim/ representations of the petitioner annexed at EXHBIT-D dated 20.04.2022, 10.11.2022 and 30.12.2022 requesting to give posting to the petitioner within the radius of 30 kms. from the working place of his spouse under the head of Couple Convenience policy." 2.

The learned advocate for the Zilla Parishad submits that the policy for entertaining applications for couple convenience has now changed. The petitioner will have to make an online application and

917 WP.1206.2023 he will be considered for transfer for the academic year 2023-24, provided there is no other legal impediment. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would tender an online application within 15 days.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. After the petitioner tenders an online application, the Zilla Parishad would consider the same on it's own merits and decide the fate of such application, on or before 30th April, 2023.
