The petitioners are aggrieved by the fact that their stay application pending appeal under Section 18(4) of the Maharashtra Money-Lending (Regulation) Act, 2014 was not being decided. 3.

On the last date it was informed to us that the respondent No. 2authority would be hearing the parties on the stay application on 25.01.2023 and that is why we had kept the matter today. Today it is being informed that the authority has heard the parties on the stay application. 4.

The learned A.G.P., on instructions informs us that the order on stay application would be passed within four weeks and even the main proceeding would be decided finally within two months. 5.
