As limited grievance about pendency of tribe claim before the Verification Committee is raised in the petition, and consequently, the petitioner pray for directions to the Committee to decide the claim within stipulated period. As such by consent the petition is taken up for final disposal at admission stage. 3.

Issue notice to respondents returnable forthwith. Learned AGP waives service of notice on behalf of all respondents. 4.

Perusal of the documents placed on record show that the tribe claim is submitted before the Committee in the year 2013. Certain steps are also taken such as calling for Vigilance report.

As the claim is pending for considerable period of time, we direct respondent no. 2 - Scrutiny Committee to decide the tribe claim of petitioner submitted to it on 05.12.2013, as early as possible and not later than sixteen weeks from the date of service of order of this Court.
