Heard learned Advocate appearing for the applicants. The applicants seek to quash and set aside order dated 20.09.2021 passed by learned Registrar (Judicial) in Civil Application (Stamp) No.26756 of 2019, which is dismissed for non removal of office objections. The learned Advocate appearing for the applicants submits that he is ready to remove
918_CA_3545_2024 office objections within a period of two weeks and explain that the delay in filing the application is unintentional.
Having considered the submissions advanced and after going through the pleadings in the application, the application deserves to be allowed, however, subject to costs of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One Thousand only), to be deposited to the Library of Bar Association of Bombay High Court at Aurangabad, within a period of two weeks. Consequently, application stands allowed in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C', subject to the condition as stated above.
