Mr. Dhakne, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the proposal is forwarded by the Headmaster to respondent No.3 seeking approval in respect of the petitioner as Graduate Primary Teacher. The respondent No.3, in turn, forwarded the said proposal to respondent No.2 on 21.03.2013. However, as yet, no decision has been taken by the respondent No.2 on the said proposal. The petitioner is the only teacher who is qualified to be a Graduate Primary Teacher. 2.

The learned AGP submits that in case the said proposal is pending, the respondent No.2 would decided the same on its own merits. 3.

In the light of above, we pass the following order: i.

In case the proposal (Page 18) forwarded by respondent No.3 to respondent No.2 is pending consideration with the respondent No.2, the respondent No.2 shall decided the same on its own merits in accordance with law, expeditiously preferably within four months.

ii. Writ petition disposed of. No costs.
