We have heard Mr. Nagarkar, learned counsel for the petitioner, Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel and the learned Addl. G. P. 2.

The learned Addl. G. P. has placed on record the communication dated 10.02.2022 wherein the provision has been made for the payment of the amount.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel on instructions submits that the assurance has been given that the payment of the amount would be made by 31.03.2022 as per the communication dated 10.02.2022.

In view of that, the grievance of the petitioner stands redressed. 5.

Mr. Deshmukh, learned counsel assures that the legitimate amount arrived at would be credited to the account of the petitioner on or before 31.03.2022.
