By this Contempt Petition, the petitioner seeks action as per the provisions of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 against respondent Nos.2 and 3 for the alleged willful disobedience of the order dated 28.11.2018 passed by this Court in Writ Petition No.12756 of 2018, directing respondent No.1-the Collector to decide the representations made by the petitioner, if already not decided, in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible, within three (3) months from the date of the said order.

Learned AGP for respondent No.1-State tenders a copy

934-CP.107-20.odt of the letter dated 18.04.2022 from the Office of the Collector stating that the award under Section 28-A of the Land Acquisition Act is already approved by the said order dated 18.04.2022 and further steps would be taken expeditiously. Copy of the said letter is taken on record. Copy of the same is served upon the learned counsel for the petitioner. 3.

In view of the order dated 18.04.2022, the learned counsel for the petitioner does not press this Contempt Petition. Statement is accepted.

Contempt Petition is disposed off in the aforesaid terms. No order as to costs.
