Heard learned counsel for applicant and learned counsel for non applicant.

The applicant seeks leave to amend the Writ Petition under civil application and thereby assailing Govt. Resolutions dated 23/03/2018 and 21/06/2018 as being against the provisions of law. 3.

The Writ Petition is at the stage of admission. Even the non applicants have every right to controvert the averments introduced by amendment. The amendment is relevant with regard to the nature of writ petition.

In light of the above, civil application is allowed in terms of prayer clause 'A'. Necessary amendment be carried out within 14 days. The applicant is also granted leave to amend the title clause

2 CA 1452.2019 in WP 10990.2018 with regard to his name.
