The circulation was granted for today but group of contempt petitions also not listed on today's Board. Accordingly, this group of contempt petitions is taken on today's Board.

Mr Barahate, learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the following contempt petitions 14 in number can be disposed of since no grievance is remained.

Mr R.B. Mule, learned counsel appearing for respondent Nos. 1 and 2 has no objection to dispose of these 14 contempt petitions as no grievance is remained. The order has been complied with.

Having regard to the submissions of Mr Barahate, learned counsel for the petitioners and Mr Mule, learned counsel for respondent Nos. 1 and 2, the above said 14 contempt petitions stand disposed of in view the compliance of order passed by this Court.

The following contempt petitions 4 in number shall proceed further as per procedure and stand adjourned.
