1. Rule. Learned AGP waives notice of Rule for the respondent No.1. The learned counsel Mr. Yadav waives notice of rule for respondent Nos. 2 and 3. With the consent of the parties taken up for final hearing. 2.
Vide the present writ petition, the petitioner seeks directions against the respondents to appoint him as Para Teacher/ Primary Teacher in accordance with the guidelines contained in the Government Resolutions 31.07.2009 and 01.03.2014.

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner, learned Government Pleader for the respondent No. 1 and the learned counsel for respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

It would be appropriate for the petitioner to make representation/ application to the respondents for considering hims for appointment as Para Teacher/ Primary Teacher so that the respondents would be in a 1/2
position to take decision on the same.

In the light of the above, we pass the following order. i) The petitioner shall make application /representation to the respondents seeking appointments as Para Teacher/ Primary Teacher. The said representation /application shall be considered expeditiously by the respondents on its own merits in accordance with law and existing policy and preferably within three (3) months from the receipt of such application/representation. ii) Rule is accordingly made absolute. The writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.
