The challenge in this petition is to order dated 27th October, 2021 passed by the learned Family Court Judge, Ahmednagar granting interim maintenance of Rs.3,000/- and Rs.2,000/- for the wife and son (Respondent Nos.1 and 2) of the petitioner respectively.

In the present day context, the amount of maintenance appears to be reasonable and even on lower side. In paragraph no.11 of the impugned order, learned Judge has given sound reasons wherefrom it is evident that there is agricultural land standing in the name of father of the petitioner. The 1 / 2

909-WP-114-22.odt said land is said to be ancestral one. Business visiting card of the petitioner was also placed on record. Moreover, concept of the petitioner being an ablebodied person would come in his way. Considering the quantum of maintenance which is not more than Rs.5,000/- per month, this Court is not inclined even to issue notice to the respondents. 4.

Criminal writ petition stands dismissed.
