1] The present Civil Application is filed to permit the applicant to serve respondent no.1 by way of paper publication.

2] The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the applicants could not serve the respondent no.1 on the address given by the respondent no.1 in the plaint, so also, on the fresh address. He further submits that the applicants may be permitted to serve respondent no.1 by paper publication.

3] In view of the same, the applicants are permitted to serve respondent no.1 in the daily news papers 'Lokmat' having wide circulation in Latur region. The civil

2004.24CA application is allowed in above terms. The applicants are also permitted to amend the prayer clauses in the present Civil Application.
