All these appeals are filed by the claimants for enhancement of compensation. Today respective claimants / appellants are present personally along with their respective counsel, who identified the respective clients.

For the State of Maharashtra, learned AGP Mr. S. S. Dande, Mr. A. M. Phule, along with Special Land Acquisition Officer, Shri Ramsing Sulane and on behalf of Acquiring Body learned counsel Mr. S. D.
2 production board sr. 2 and 3.odt Dhongade and Executive Engineer, Waghur Dam Division, Jalgaon, Mr. Pralhad Warade, are present.

The learned counsel for the appellants filed form in all the appeals, whereby they are ready to accept compensation as fixed and determined by the Division Bench of this Court in the case of Special Land Acquisition Officer (III) and another Versus Bhagwat Vitthal Sonwane, reported in 2009 (4) Mh.L.J. 308. The said form is marked as "X".

The attention is drawn to the undertaking submitted on record of the respective appeals, to the effect that in case the appeal is allowed, the applicants / claimants will not be entitled for the amount of interest and other statutory benefits of the period for which delay sought to be condoned.

In view of the form "X" which is submitted as per the judgment (supra) and in view of the undertaking, the first appeals are accordingly disposed of in terms of compromise form "X". 6.
The chart is submitted by parties giving details in relation to the first appeal, party name, LAR number, area and the amount of settlement in Lok-Adalat. The chart is taken on record and marked as "Y".

The officers present on behalf of State and Acquiring Body undertake to make the payment as per compromise within a period of six months from the date of order. Claimants are at liberty to withdraw the same. The undertaking is accepted and appeals are disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs. 8.
The court fee if any paid in the respective appeals, shall be refunded back according to rules. If there is any civil application/s pending, the same stand/s disposed of. In case of amount already deposited in this Court, the same shall be permitted to withdraw by the claimants and the said amount shall be adjusted in the final decreetal amount.
